When selecting clothing sizes, please carefully consider your body measurements, particularly your waist, hip, and chest circumference. Returns due to incorrect size selection are not accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Terms
Customers can place orders through the website by selecting their desired products, adding them to the shopping cart, and providing the information required to complete the order.
An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully placed and, where applicable, payment has been confirmed.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. If an ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with the applicable terms and regulations.
Payment Terms
Payment for products listed on the website can be made during checkout using the electronic payment methods available on the website.
Electronic payments are processed through the Bank of Georgia (BOG) payment system, provided that this service is activated and available on the website.
Payment for an order is considered successful once the payment system confirms that the transaction has been completed successfully.
If a payment fails, a transaction is declined, or a technical issue occurs during the payment process, the customer may attempt to make the payment again or contact the store administration for assistance.
If funds have been deducted but the order has not been confirmed, the customer should contact the store administration and provide the relevant order and payment details so that the issue can be investigated.
Product prices are displayed on the website. The final order amount is calculated during checkout and includes delivery fees, where applicable.
Delivery
Delivery is available in Tbilisi, Rustavi, and other regions of Georgia, subject to the availability of courier services.
The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days in Tbilisi and 2–7 business days in Rustavi and other regions of Georgia, starting from order confirmation.
Delivery fees depend on the delivery address and the courier service’s rates. The exact delivery cost will be communicated to the customer during checkout or before the order is confirmed.
If the customer is not present at the specified address when the courier arrives, they should contact the store administration or courier to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges, if applicable, will be determined according to the courier service’s terms and conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
If a product arrives in a damaged condition, the customer may contact us through social media or email within 2 days of receiving the product to arrange a return. Upon return of the product, the company will reimburse the applicable costs.
In all other cases, customers are kindly requested to carefully select their preferred clothing and appropriate sizes, as returns are generally not accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Product Warranty
If a product is damaged or defective, the customer may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving it, without limiting any additional rights provided by applicable law.
Consumer Rights
Customers have the right to receive accurate information about products, be informed of their prices and delivery conditions, receive purchased products, and exercise all consumer rights provided under the legislation of Georgia.
Personal Data Protection
When placing an order on the website, the following customer information may be collected: first name, last name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and other information necessary to process the order.
This information is used for receiving and processing orders, arranging deliveries, facilitating payments, and communicating with customers.

Payment card information is processed by the payment system. The store must not store complete payment card details unless it has the appropriate security measures and a lawful basis for doing so.
